The short version
Play freely, be decent, don't break things. This is a small personal site run by one person; these terms exist to keep everything clear, not to trap anyone.
1. Who we are
chilldaemon.com is operated by Jorge Raymund Maravilla ("we", "us") from the Philippines. Contact: admin@chilldaemon.com.
2. Using the site and game
ChillBrain and this site's content are provided free for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to abuse the services — including attempting to disrupt them, tampering with other players' data, or using automated tools to falsify game progress or purchases.
3. Accounts and progress
Playing requires no account. Optional Google sign-in stores an anonymous identifier and game progress so it can follow you across devices. You can delete this data at any time — see the deletion page.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases (lifeline packs, tips) are processed by Google Play, under Google's payment terms. Consumable purchases are delivered immediately. For refund requests, Google Play's refund process applies; we honor its outcomes.
5. Ads
The game and site may show advertising (a banner outside the play area and opt-in rewarded videos) served by Google. Advertisers' sites are their own responsibility; we don't endorse what an ad links to.
6. Content
Guides and articles are general information written in good faith — not medical, legal, or financial advice. Site content is © Jorge Raymund Maravilla; you're welcome to quote briefly with a link back, but please don't republish whole articles.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and game are provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a free game and website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
